| Q. | How much are the Castles to Hire? |
| A. | The Pricing of all of Casper Jumping Castles are listed on this site over at “Our Castles Page”. You can view these by clicking here. |
| Q. | Who sets up the Castle? |
| A. | The Jumping Castle will be set up and dismantled by a Casper Jumping Castle staff member. He will arrive half an hour before booking time to set up. |
| Q. | Does someone need to supervise the Castle? |
| A. | Yes for the safety of the children a responsible adult over 18years must supervise at all times. Training and instructions will be given after set up. |
| Q. | Can you provide Supervision? |
| A. | Yes we can provide a qualified staff member for $30 per hour. |
| Q. | How do I pay? |
| A. | Payment to be paid in cash after Jumping Castle is set up. |
| Q. | What happens if it rains? |
| A. | The jumping castles can cope with light passing showers, in the event of heavy/constant rain we may have to cancel at no cost to you. We can make the call about the weather on the day of the booking. |
| Q. | What happens if we cancel a booking? |
| A. | There is no fee. |
| Q. | Do I need to pay a Deposit? |
| A. | No deposit is required. |
| Q. | How do I book a Castle? |
| A. | Call us on 0427 855 385 or leave a message via our Contact Tab. Mark will check availability and call you back to make your booking. We then call on the day before the event to do a weather check. Payment is made once the Jumping Castle is set up. |
